Practical Placement
Students must complete 100 hours in an ACECQA approved classroom setting (before & after school care, school classroom or kindergarten program). At a minimum we expect students to complete 90 hours in School setting and 10 hours in an ACEQA approved Kindergarten or OSHC. It is our preference to complete 120 hours in School setting and 70 hours in an ACEQA approved Kindergarten or OSHC.

External study
If you chose to study externally, it will take you approximately 48 weeks to complete the course. You will receive a dedicated trainer who will help support you in your studies.

- Completion of at least Year 10 from an Australian secondary school or overseas equivalent
