Early Education: Infants – Toddlers

Course Overview

This course will engage the student in four weeks of learning about working with infant to toddlers.

To be able to provide high quality care for infants to toddlers there are many factors that must be understood by the teachers. This course will have developed content knowledge on current early childhood theory specific to infant and toddler programs, introductory knowledge of the importance of ‘the first 1000 days and brain development in children under 3 years’ and the importance of rituals and relationships in their everyday work.

Participants will engage in a blend of theory content, simulated and practical environments during the course to gain deep understanding.

The delivery will be online self-paced in our Cloud Campus.
