First Aid

Course Overview

First aid is a critical skill for whatever industry you are in.

We offer first aid courses to suit you and your requirements. For early childhood centres we recommend delivering HLTAID004 Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting and HLTAID001 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation. For other organisations your needs might be different and we can work with you to deliver the course that best suits your needs.

Most employers require their staff to hold a CPR qualification. It is also a part of various Early Childhood, School Age and Education Support qualifications.

Please note it is a requirement of this course that the practical demonstration of CPR must be performed on the adult manikin on the floor.

This course is a mixed mode delivery. For combined HLTAID001 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and HLTAID004 Provide an Emergency First Aid Response in an Education and Care Setting you will be expected to complete 4-8 hours of pre course learning and assessment before you attend the face to face workshop.
